On February 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group announced they detected a cyber incident impacting its subsidiary Change Healthcare. Change Healthcare isolated their systems while remediating the incident. At this point in time, Versant Health is unable to receive electronic claims submitted by providers through Change Healthcare. Please review the below options should you need to arrange an alternative method for claims submissions.

Eye care professionals may submit claims to Versant Health electronically, either through the Company’s internet website (preferred option) or through a healthcare clearinghouse, or via paper claims through the mail.
