We’re excited to work with you to get these new frames in the hands of your valued patients! If you haven’t already, please schedule your refresh event by emailing us.
Action Required
Please ensure all Exclusive Collection frames are present for the WIS representative to count prior to your event. WIS will place new frames on the fixture and remove the ones to be returned. A return Label will be provided by the WIS representative. If there are frames missing from the Exclusive Collection, you will receive an invoice. Boxed frames should be returned within 30 days to avoid receiving an invoice.
