On February 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group announced they detected a cyber incident impacting its subsidiary Change Healthcare. Change Healthcare isolated their systems while remediating the incident. At this point in time, Versant Health is unable to receive electronic claims submitted by providers through Change Healthcare. Providers may elect to contract with a different clearinghouse or use paper or web-based methods such as our Provider Portal.
